There are a zillion speakers out there trying to coax, cajole and inspire you to live a healthier lifestyle. . .. and I am one of them. After more than 30 years of experience advising people on the path to being their best selves, this is what I know for sure:

  • We all want to enjoy more active and meaningful lives.

My public talks are designed to be entertaining, informative and interactive,  and I always encourage and allow time for Q & A. I can target my talks to special audiences including women, Boomers, seniors, corporate executives and all manner of fitness dropouts.

Here are some sample topics:

Making Lifestyle Change Happen: How to Become the Person You Wish You Were. It's one thing to wish for a healthier happier lifestyle: more exercise, smarter eating, less stress, better balance. It's another thing to make it happen. This talk explores -with humor, by example- how you can make positive, permanent, profound changes in your life, or in the life of your company.

Your Last Lecture on Weight Loss: The final word -for the moment-- on loving real food, shedding unwanted pounds, and gaining mastery and control over what you eat.

On-The-Job Training:   Every day at work is an opportunity to lead a healthier, happier life. . .or How I Learned to Breathe, Relax, Stretch and Just say No to the Donut cart.

Aging! How to Stay Younger, Longer: My 9 Energy Expresso Rules for getting older in the youngest possible way. This talk is a big hit with Boomers who plan to live forever.

Private Coaching

I learned long ago that you can't change behavior by telling someone else what to do. I also know that behavior can change in amazing and positive ways if someone chooses to get engaged, make strong choices, act consciously and creatively and -drum roll please, this is the biggie-take responsibility for their own health and well-being.

You and I together can create a blueprint for living your best life. Our collaboration will be based on scientific research, rooted in best practices from the East and the West. But ultimately, you must describe and discover your own path. It's that emphasis on self-help and self-discovery that runs through all my work as a Healthy Lifestyle speaker and coach.
